Traditional Services

  • RIBA STAGE 1

    We begin with a free consultation to understand our clients’ requirements and formulate a brief for the project.

  • RIBA STAGE 2

    We develop the design in line with local planning guidance and we obtain Planning Permission, Listed Building Consent and Conservation Area Consent as required.

  • RIBA STAGE 3

    The approved designs are developed to ensure compliance with Building Regulations. Aspects such as accessibility, electrics, drainage, ventilation, energy, structure and construction.

  • RIBA STAGE 4

    Full package of Tender Documentation, which can be issued to contractors for pricing. Our tender packages include full construction details, as well as material specifications and schedules.

  • RIBA STAGE 5

    Prepare and administer the Construction Contract on behalf of our clients and carry out site inspections to ensure compliance with the Production Information and Building Regulations.

  • RIBA STAGE 6

    After handing over the finished project, we obtain a Completion Certificate from Building Control Approval and remain on hand to assist with any snags or defects found during occupation.
