The brief was to fully renovate a dated 1930’s property and bring it up to modern standards. We created a series of glazed slots that helped capture the southern light from the east oriented garden.

Instalation of new modern technologies was a key requirement for this project. We installed new Solar panels connected to a battery that served the Air Source Heat Pumo providing free heating and cooling. A water harvesting and a green roof were all incoporated to create an examplar sustainable residential development.
